Books I’ve Read 2010

So at some point a week or two ago after looking at the stack of books I want to read, I decided to write down all of the books I read this year. I have a goal in mind: in the past couple of years I have read much less than I used to - I blame it on being in a half-lit cave of something some may call depression (and I blame because I need to have a reason for everything in life), and I also blame it on the fact that I get distracted by so many things that the only time I can focus is if I’m in the bath or in a quiet cafe near a window but not a lot of foot traffic, because if there are too many people around I’ll just watch them all day and imagine what their lives are like.
So this is my list thus far, which is not much, but I will be updating this entry accordingly and leaving a link on my page so that if anyone cares, they can see what I’ve been reading:

1. Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides
2. Mister Pip by Lloyd Jones
3. The Outlander by Gil Adamson
4. The Best American Non-Required Reading 2004
5. Born Standing Up by Steve Martin
6. The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne (currently reading)
