A little girl (about five) came up to Lisa and I at work today to order a drink and show off her cool pyjamas.
She pointed to a table and said, “I’ll have what they’re having, ” and when Lisa commented on her jammies she said,
“LOOK at how SHINY they are!!!” as she jumped up and down, pulling the sides of her pants away from her body so the most shine could be shown off.
We nodded in amazement and she said, “My Mom!! My Mom keeps them shiny for me!” and then danced around and away from us, disappearing into the crowd.
